3. User Accounts

• • Vendors may claim existing business profiles by verifying ownership.
• • Bashlify may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments and Fees

• • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• • Bashlify takes a commission from each booking transaction.
• • Vendors are responsible for fulfilling their services.
• • Bashlify is not responsible for disputes between users, though we may assist in resolution.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations and refunds are subject to:
• • The vendor’s own cancellation policy
  • Bashlify’s dispute and refund process
• Bashlify reserves the right to refund or withhold funds at its discretion.

6. Messaging

• Messaging between users is stored in our database for safety and support purposes.
• Users may not send spam, offensive, or illegal content through the platform.

7. User Content

Users may upload photos, videos, descriptions, and reviews.

You agree that:

• • You own or have rights to the content you post
• • Your content does not infringe on others’ rights
• • Bashlify may remove, hide, or moderate content at its discretion

Bashlify may use public content (like vendor photos) for promotional purposes.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• • Harass, spam, or impersonate others
• • Use the site for illegal activities
• • Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
• • Circumvent payment systems or platform fees

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Bashlify provides a venue for connecting users and vendors but does not guarantee:

  — Event outcomes or vendor performance

Bashlify is not liable for damages arising from your use of the platform.

Your use of Bashlify is at your own risk.

10. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations or suspicious activity.
• You may delete your account by contacting karla@bashlify.com.

11. Advertising and Promotions

• Bashlify may display advertisements or promotional content.
• By using the platform, you consent to receiving promotional material unless you opt out.

12. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Bashlify will be resolved through binding individual arbitration in the state of California, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree not to participate in a class action, collective, or representative proceeding.
This clause survives account termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates take effect once posted.
Your continued use of Bashlify after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
